We are very pleased to invite you to our one-of-a-kind Yoga Workshop organized by the Vancouver School of Healing Arts. This workshop is designed for students who are interested in deepening their knowledge of yoga and developing their teaching skills.
The workshop will take place on Tuesday, April 11th, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm, at the Vancouver School of Healing Arts campus. During the workshop, you will learn about the principles and practices of Yoga and take part in a guided practice session led by our experienced Program Director, Rebekka Walker. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced yoga instructors who will cover a range of topics including:
- Yoga philosophy & teaching methodology
- What makes our program unique?
- Instruction of movement
- Practice teach
- And lots more!
This workshop is perfect for students who are interested in pursuing a career in yoga instruction or for those who simply want to deepen their practice. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this workshop will provide you with valuable insights and skills.
Yoga is an innovative approach to healing that integrates traditional yoga practices with modern therapeutic techniques. It is a holistic and non-invasive way to address physical, emotional, and mental health concerns, and can be used to complement other forms of therapy or as a standalone approach.
