Step 1 – Yoga Teacher Training Enriched (240hr)

Students who complete the Yoga Teacher Training Enriched (240hr) training program are eligible to register for their RYT200 designation with the Yoga Alliance.

Step 2 – Foundations of Yoga Therapy

Students who complete the Yoga Teacher Training Enriched (240hr) training program and the Foundations of Yoga Therapy program are eligible to register for their RYT500 designation with the Yoga Alliance.

Step 3 – Advanced Yoga Therapy

The Advanced Yoga Therapy training expands on the material covered in the Foundations of Yoga Therapy and integrates practical experience so that you graduate feeling confident & capable in your work as a therapeutic yoga instructor.

Step 4 – Applied Yoga Therapy

Students gain hands-on experience through the Yoga Therapy Student Clinic in addition to a Case Study. After completion of the Yoga Teacher Training Enriched (240) program, the Foundations of Yoga Therapy program, and the Advanced Yoga Therapy program, students are eligible to register as a Certified Yoga Therapist – C-IAYT with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.

Eligible to register as a International Association of Yoga Therapists as C-IAYT (Certified Yoga Therapist)

The three designations possible upon completion of our programs are RYT200 (Yoga Alliance), RYT500 (Yoga Alliance) and C-IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists).

Our students gain their Worldwide Yoga Alliance certification while studying both online and on-ground, they will gain competence in teaching others in online or on-ground group or individual settings. Our alignment based Hatha Vinyasa & Therapeutic Yoga trainings will help students adapt their teaching to a variety of environments, demographics, and styles. Students develop the skills to modify their instruction to suit many different people and demographics utilizing various styles, including hatha, flow, yin and restorative.
