3 Evenings – 9 Teachers – 1 Conversation
The Vancouver School of Healing Arts (VSOHA) is delighted to be holding the Modern Yoga Talks, a three-part speaker series event that brings teachers and practitioners together through compelling conversation.
The events will be held at the trendy Gastown campus in downtown Vancouver over three separate Monday evenings: Sept 26, Oct 17 and Nov 7.
Leo Cheung, Teacher Trainer & founder of Modern Yoga Podcasts, will interview a diverse panel of Yoga professionals including Lila Rasa Brown and Christine Price-Clark.
Leo said, “I’m excited to be hosting this one-of-a-kind event to bring together the community and to ask the questions I’ve always wanted to ask to teachers that I personally admire. I’m looking forward to deepening the discussion and learning more about their lives and perspectives on teaching.”
Panellists will debate topical questions that examine the challenges in the industry and guests will have the opportunity to engage in the conversation with a Q&A session.
These events will invite meaningful dialogue around the adaptation of yoga in the modern era, to provide possibilities and inspiration for enhancing your personal and professional lives and to strengthen the spirit of friendship and comradery in our community.
Each event costs $30 (+ booking fee) or participants can save $20 with a 3-package bundle. Seating will be limited to encourage an intimate setting for discussion.
