Every graduate of VSOHA receives a copy of their transcript and diploma or certificate upon graduation or once their account is up to date. If you need an official copy of your transcript, or a replacement diploma or certificate, these can be obtained from the college administration for a small fee.
Transcripts
$15 – New, replacement, or name change copy
Diplomas
$25 – New, replacement, or name change copy
Rush courier service fee (in addition to the transcript and/or the diploma fee)
$30 – Domestic courier fee
$70 – International courier fee
Production Time
Transcripts and diplomas can generally be sent within 7 business days.
Due to the impact of the Canada Post National strike, students who require physical mailing of the official documents may opt for the optional courier service. All fees must be received prior to the school sending out the package. If no courier fee is received, the document will be kept pending until it may be sent out via Canada Post after the strike is over. Alternatively, applicants who live locally may arrange for a campus pick up BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
